Please add more cryptocurrencies, such as Monero. As well as other payment options, first & foremost credit cards, but services like TWINT or Sofort-Überweisung as well, you could just make us pay the fees for these services ourselves, having a fixed fee when buying / selling with other options.

For firsttime users like me I had the following difficulties:
Making my first order I had to sign a message with my address. There is only a broken link and I was not able to find a description how to do that. I managed to find this out using Google, but would make the user experience way better if the link works and if there is a better explanation. It was also not obvious at first sight which message needs to be signed.

Where do I find the Bity order ID? The references shown in my history look different than BITYXXXXXX.

The experience is fast, reliable and easy. The only upgrade i would like to see is to have a better accuracy of the price. It seems there is a Grey area between the purchase in bity - > the bank transfer - > and the transaction.

Biggest mistake to purchase there. I transfered 500 Euro as an Investment, but nothing happened. They canceled my order (Why?) and I dont even have my funds back! I hope this isn't a Scam. Please pay Attention.

I did not know anything about Monero (XMR). Could not get the Cake Wallet to work. Alex exchanged 28 emails with me until I understood the issue. All over a 50 CHF transaction! I highly recommend these Swiss Cripto ATMs to anyone. As well as their exchange.

Onboarding Process

I just successfully managed the onboarding and first transaction on BITY. It all worked seamlessly and I have now some bitcoins in my wallet.

However it was not clear to me whether I require the full registration in order to exchange FIAT-BTC in addition to BTC-FIAT or in order to raise the limit above 5000 CHF.

You could overwork the description or/and add a flowchart on onboarding.

100 confirmations later and still no swap completed. Seems like you have to complain to get any service with these people.

If I may, It's not clear when buying crypto through bank transfer if you'll keep the value at the moment one send a request. It's only once the order is posted that a warning is posted.
I did not read the FAQ before though.

Removed old bank account, added new one, canceled order. Bity sends funds to the old bank account... 300€ into the void I can try to get back somewhere since their system is full of bugs apparently...

Also no way of contacting support besides a slow chat.

The fault is on my side they say, their perfect flawless system which I as a IT Student have troubles with using properly...

Very good service, immediately after payment the coins are being transferred to the indicated address. Nice, simple interface, placing an order is a breeze. Overall, a very valuable service, helping transfer fiat into real money.
