I ordered 6 khol pencils in February 2024. I have still not received them. I have written numerous emails to 2 of their email addresses but not recrived a single response. I am very disappointed as I have made similar orders over the past 6 years and have always received the order in a timely fashion. I am extremely disappointed

Scam. My order never arrived and it’s impossible to contact them.

I bought 198€ worth of perfumes on the 29th of Dec, order is still processing. I thought I'd give them time since it was new year and business needs couple of days to get back to fully working days. But at least answer your complaint forms. I have sent about 9 or 10 messages no response. The thing is I have already bought from them before no hasstle at all anf items were received. So I thought I wont have a problem this time too, bit unfortunately they have proven me wrong.
I wont stop messaging them until I receive my order or get a full refund not points but my money.

If I could give it a zero star I would ! Scam site. Item non delivered, no one replying to your messages on their contact page. Email was returned as it can’t be send out

Scammers. Never got my products and no refund either!

No delivery and no refund and could not get a response from them ! I will never use them or carethy-us ever again! They took my money on oct 24 2023 but did not send my order of equilibrium pills! FRAUD!! I have given them many chances to respond!

Soooo bad, I am waiting 2 months refund. And they are just saying; We have contacted our finance department to request that the refund be processed as soon as possible.2 weeks And nothing…..

I wish I've checked the reviews before. I ordered €80 in products. The products haven't been sent after a month and they don't answer emails or contact trough their website. 100% sure is a scam.

Absolute disgraceful website ordered perfume 2 weeks ago that was supposed to be delivered in 3 to 5 working days still no sign of it, have emailed many times not 1 response, do not use this website!!!!!

I try to contact them but there is not phonenumber and the email returns everytime with some error in their server. Even the contact form doesn’t work. I paid for the product with the extra cost for the guarantee. The track delivery says the product was delivered, but nobody rang the bell. I’m at home all the time and I don’t have the product or some solution.

I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Read other reviews and was very wary about ever receiving product from Spain I order product on 5/4/23 and received it in Australia on 26/4/23 Very pleased Excellent price and tracking Could not purchase this Orlane product from any other company Have ordered another one Pleased customer

Be careful, this website is scam

Scam scam . I've been waiting for the package for 3 weeks. No contact on their part. No e-mail or phone number provided. The form on the site cannot be submitted.Fraud

They sent me the wrong product then I tried to get my money back and you can’t even contact them. Scam scam scam

How is this company still allowed to trade and be online. It is clearly a scam. My daughter still waits for her parcel and checks everyday. It is 2 weeks late and the contact form just times out when I try to contact them and e-mails also doesn't get answered. What a scam company. It is a fraud and please don't make my mistake by ordering from them. Also paid a big delivery fee.

One star is too much for them

I ordered a product from this website a long time ago. When I ordered the product, I never received it. There is no way you can contact the company. There is no phone number to contact them, and the form on the website does not work. So I am in complete darkness about the status of my order. As far as I am concerned, my €100 is lost. I am writing this to let others know that this is perhaps a scam. I don't know why Google still allows such shops to advertise their products.

I should have check these comments before ordering. They promised delivery of June 7th but have not received any status and cannot use the customer center because it does not recognize the order number they provided me. I don't know what to do...
