Dissatisfied with product- service
Unfortunately the business cards the font was to small and paid the extra fee for it to be reviewed- it had looked ok on my end. I sent a picture of the business card and they said it was OK. On there terms and conditions it states at paragraph 4.2 "Bizay strives to ensure 100% satisfaction" I would have been happy with a reprint with bigger font (my clients are seniors - I also was open to options to resolve this. Their VA and website is a nightmare.
On the plus side, the product was delivered faster then I expected by a week- it was odd that business cards came then my flyers 3 days later.

Value for money. Easy to use design software. The cost was very competitive. The delivery was earlier than indicated.

No Customer Service
Scam website with zero customer service. I ordered business cards on Feb 11, and they were due to be received on February 27. It is March 4 and they are still "Being processed" I tried to contact customer service and it is an unsecure site. I went through Paypal to get a contact email and I got an auto response that the email is no longer being monitored and to use the customer service site. The only way I found to get to customer service was to go through the Portuguese homesite. And all there was there was a chat bot. No help. No business cards. I am out $17.

Worst vendor ever
If I could put 0 stars I would. This was the worst experience EVER.
I ordered my product 8 weeks in advance of my event and it didn't arrive on time. They are stickers which isn't that complicated. The order is nowhere to be found, the tracking is no longer providing an updated date, and there is no human being to be found anywhere to talk to. It's a vicious AI cycle. The few dollars I saved is not worth this hassle. I will never use them again.

I ordered 1000 cards from this company
I ordered 1000 cards from this company, which didn't arrive within the shipping time. I was able to get in touch with their customer service on the website, and according to them the package was apparently lost in shipping. however, they offered to reprint and reship for free, I was skeptical at first, but the order eventually arrived in about 3 weeks and the quality was quite good, much better than expected, I am actually quite impressed.
I would recommend this company, 9.5/10. Despite the initial issues, their customer service was very helpful and matter was resolved satisfactorily
