No delivery
It has been more than four months since I placed and paid for my order, and I still haven’t received anything. Customer support does not communicate and remains unresponsive. I strongly do NOT recommend this company.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. Trying to make a complaint with this company is practically impossible. Every email address I could find is inactive and the messages are returned back as undeliverable. There is nowhere on the website that clearly states where customers should contact in case of a complaint or claim.
The only thing the website directs you to is a robot assistant, which is completely useless. It cannot tell you where to send photos of the damaged or incomplete shipment or how to actually file a proper complaint.
To make matters worse, almost half of the items are missing from the order that was fully paid for, so this is not a small issue. Instead of getting help, the customer only runs into dead email addresses and automated responses.
Honestly, how is something like this even possible in 2026? A company that takes customers’ money should at least provide a working way to contact support and resolve problems.

Product vs shipment quality
The production process, and the final results are super. Also the easy interface to design/create the items is easy and streightforward.
Only the shipment/delivery is a bit funny. Twice it was shipped with TNT/FedEx and each time i got notified that the shipment was unable to be delivered and that I would have to contact the shipper. While actually each time the shipment was received fine right away. I even got now that notification while i had the shipment already in my hands. So the shipment is a bit confusing but your products are just great! Also the shipper indicated on the 25th that the shipment would arrive on Feb 26, while an hour later I get a phone call that the delivery is at my door and if i can open. So very confusing delivery. WOudl also be nice if the shipper could use a drop box instead of personal handover, that makes the delivery easier for the recipient.

The photo cards I ordered did not arrive
The photo cards I ordered did not arrive. They sent a box with envelopes only. It is impossible to contact them. The package arrived after the agreed date.
