I want my money back please
I want my money back please. I have fedback to bizay to fine-tune my layouts and confirm resolution of files is ok (what they sent looks very blurry), but they are not implementing my feedback and keep on sending me reminders to approve the (messed-up) layouts. There is no way to contact them via email or phone or chat - they either don't respond or they send automatic replies not related to my request. Terrible. I want to cancel my order and I want my money back - this should be possible as nothing went into print yet! Order #3304658

Very dissapointed!!
I placed a first order with express delivery (which i paid €20 for). bizay contacted me there were a few page missing and they also told me the delivery date could be later.
Because its really important we have it in time, i asked to cancel the order and placed immidiately a new order. I asked 5 times for confirmation. Because at this point i have paid for 2 orders with express delivery and i get no clear answer. The first order they don’t want to pay be back (which is not even légal), they want to give it to me as shop credit.
The second order i want 100% to come in time because we really need it the date i picked for delivery. I am very dissapointed and in stress because its for our black Friday campagn.
What i expect from Bizay:
That they make my second order and deliver on the date i paid for.
That they pay back the first order with also the delivery fee for express delivery.
I hooe this get cleared out and then I can change this in a good review.

Quick and detailed
I am content with how quickly my order has been sent to me. The print quality is really good. The only problem I have is that the stickers are not very water resilient, but that was my mistake as I just assumed that they would be.
