I had high hopes for my recent order, especially after paying over £15 for express delivery. I expected my stickers to arrive on January 9th for an important workshop, but they never showed up. The tracking information has been stagnant since January 6th, leaving me in the dark about when (or if) my order will actually arrive.

Despite reaching out multiple times to customer service, I received vague responses promising updates that never came. Now, after my last inquiry, they have completely stopped replying. This lack of communication is not only frustrating but utterly unacceptable.

If you’re considering using this service, think twice! I certainly won’t be returning, and I urge others to look elsewhere if you value timely delivery and customer support.

Horrible. No contact. ordered twice, they printed stickers completely amaturistic. nobody looks at it and you get a chatbot when you want to solve it, that doesn't help solving the problem at all. total rip off, payed money and dont get ANY help. Never order here

Absolutely happy with the results of my visit cards. I did the design myself with chat GPT. Other websites want you to crop the image and it was so difficult. But in BIZAY I only placed the image and they did the cropping perfectly. I didn’t expect it even. Also choosing the paper layout, the corners and other additions in the web I asked chat GPT so it gave me the perfect option to choose in BIZAY’s web. So it turned out perfectly! Thanks a lot .

Extremely frustrating experience from start to finish. I paid extra for fast delivery, and three weeks later the order still hasn’t arrived. I’m now being told it might arrive in early January which is completely unacceptable given the delivery option I paid for.

Communication has been slow, vague, and unhelpful. I had to chase repeatedly for updates, only to get shifting timelines and excuses. What’s advertised on the website does not reflect reality at all.

This has been a waste of time, money, and energy. Paying extra for “fast delivery” is meaningless if deadlines are ignored without accountability. I will not use Bizay again and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere, especially if you need a reliable service.

They charge different shipping costs, depending on delivery speed. I paid high price to have it delivered on time before leaving on holidays. The promised delivery date is passed since 10 days and the order didn't arrive yet (which is too late). I contacted the customer service by message (no phone): they reply with generic messages, not answering questions. Conclusion: unserious website to be avoided.

My business cards arrived with uneven cuts. When I submitted a complaint to the customer service email listed on bizzay.com, I immediately received an automated response stating: “No reply: Email inactive.” I am now unable to find any other way to contact them. This website appears unreliable and I would not recommend using it for anything important.

Horrible service, doesn't answer the questions. I paid 12 euros extra for a certain delivery date, yet they changed the delivery date, then i asked them if they can change the delivery address and they send a default answer. The same service in Germany is executed neatly, yet these people have no respect for themselves, thus they have no respect for their customers

The ordering process was easy and I received my item the day it said it would arrive. Smooth and easy, and looks great.

Zo slecht. Niks komt aan. Wacht al 2 maanden op bestelling 5511711. Delen van andere bestellingen kwamen kapot aam. Zoek ze eens op. Ze zijn gebouwd op EU subsidies..

I have received all the items before the expected time. They all seem to be high quality

I’m super satisfied with my purchase! The website is easy to use, I’ve uploaded my design. One thing I found better on this website than others, is that you get to see how your product will be before paying. It arrived on time and well packed.

The quality of cards is really good. Delivery was fast. For all of my order I was waiting only 1 week.

I never received an orderconfirmation. I think the emailaddress is wrong. The customerservice is a chatbot that cannot help me. I paid, but the delivery went wrong and I never got an update anymore through text. Even if I want to change my email, that is not possible.

I placed an order and few days later received notification that there was a problem with printing and that I had to verify their recommendations through a link. The link however did not work. I contacted customer service and I provided printscreen of link that was not working. I updated this review as they have resolved the issue in a few days and they have shipped the cards.
