Lesley K. was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and patient. She was able to help me resolve my issue within minutes. She even offered to stay on the phone until my issue was fixed. She was also very timely, from sending me an email to sending me an update that the issue was resolved. She was also very kind, something that makes customer service top tier. I told Lesley that Bizee has the amazing customer service, if not, the best I've experienced. And Lesley was a great example and reason as to why!
