Same experience as Kevin. Charges of £41 and £49 per month have appeared on my credit card and I have no idea who they are nor how they got my card details.
However I too recall using one of these online parking apps recently and maybe that was how it happened.
I am trying to get the sums refunded as I have never had any service from this company.
Giving one star because I can’t give any lower. I have had a terrible experience with this company. I mistakenly clicked on their site when I was trying to park in Edinburgh, I was stressed, running late for an important meeting and thought I was registering on a parking site but this was a pop up for this company. This was at 11am on Wednesday. I didn’t realise my mistake until the next day. The whole process took 3 seconds and there was nothing to tell me what it was. I called the bank because I had never heard of the company and they had taken a penny I asked the bank to stop it but they had already taken £49. I phoned the number on the company page several times it said call back later no facility for messages. I emailed them and got nothing. When they finally replied they did cancel the subscription but refused a refund as they said they had sent me details. Honestly they didn’t as the whole process took a few seconds. They appear to be using advertising pop ups on sites where people would be confused. Please avoid using them as I would think that a company who would behave in the way they have are not one you should trust with your learning. PS I still don’t actually know what they do as when I eventually managed to find them their site was amateurish and confusing . This is a real experience.
