I am really thankful to have had this course. Before joining this course, I faced challenges. 1) Lack of communication skills 2) Don't know how the company works or their expectations for their job roles. 3) to read the job description, and skills to be enhanced for the specific job roles. 4) Lack of presentation skills. 5) Lack of self-confidence After joining the course. 1) Have learned how to build communication skills. 2) To read the job description and skills to learn for the specific roles. 3) self-confidence After enrolling in the programme, we can gain knowledge of how to prepare for the corporate world and how we can prepare our progressive habits and knowledge. It also helps us improve our functions and domain knowledge, and I also gain self-confidence in my reer. This course fully guides MBA aspirants and helps them find a good path in their career. I attended the Star Perfomer Workshop as part of my induction programme in my organization. Jayasree ma'am is a very polite as well as a knowledgeable person. Her methodology of explaining the techniques that need to be used along with the reasons behind them makes them more relevant for the participants.
Also, her zeal and enthusiasm to keep the participants engaged, is commendable.
At the end of our session, she gave us an exercise to identify our areas for improvement and kept a tab on our progress by sending us reminders.
She also suggested very good literature that would help us in improving our quality of life and I am glad to have found them.
I also received a book named 'Atomic Habits' from her and have been reading it recently. The book, along with Jayashree madam's efforts to remind us to stay committed to my resolve has transformed my way of looking at things.
Overall it has been a very good experience with Jayasree ma'am and this journey has helped me in becoming a better version of myself in professional as well as personal life
