Beautiful Jewelry, Horrible Customer Service

They have beautifuly jewelry, but the customer service is awful. First they somehow mislabelled my package so I received a customs invoice for a parcel inside the EU. After this was cleared up (which was a lot of stress for me), they sent me the wrong chain and now do not answer my mails anymore. Will not buy from them and would highly not recommend it, but it's a pity since they have really nice pieces.

Horrible!

Horrible (non existing) customer service! I ordered necklace as a birthday gift to a friend for about 100 eur. The necklace arrived broken in two parts. I immediately e-mailed customer service, who replied that they never ship out anything broken and that it is impossible that the damage could happen during transport. The necklace was in two parts due to bad (and ugly) glue. No reply on my e-mails about return/refund after that. Im now stuck with a broken necklace that I have to pay to get fixed...

Customer service really bad

I used to order a lot at bjorg jewelry, last two orders were very disappointing.

First one was not at all looking at the picture on the web, customer service just proposed an exchange but on my own costs regarding shipping (wow)

Second time, there was a missing piece, I asked for a full return since I was angry something bad happened again. Here as well, I have to pay shipping back + shipping that took the jewels until here - ridiculous

Never ever again will I buy from this firm

Unprofessional & Disappointing Customer Service and

I had a frustrating experience with Bjørg Jewellery's customer service. I returned a ring that was faulty (with missing gold plating) and also because I didn’t like the dull, greyish color of the gold, which didn’t match the images. Despite the clear issue with the gold plating, I was charged for return shipping, which contradicts their policy of covering costs for faulty items.

When I raised this, the customer service team was dismissive, claiming the ring wasn’t faulty and that my concerns were purely subjective—even though they had previously offered a replacement. After I sent a follow-up message clarifying my claim and seeking resolution, they stopped responding entirely, leaving the matter unresolved.

The lack of professionalism, empathy, and communication has been incredibly disappointing. For a brand in this price range, I expected much better service.

Such an amazing customer service! I have asked for an item that was sold out online, and I received an answer within some minutes. And the item has already been shipped to me! Really great!

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service
I contacted Bjørg Jewellery to ask them if a ring, that I have been dreaming of for years, would go back in stock - they told me it would not come back in stock, but then offered to make me a speciel order on the ring. I am now the happy owner of my dream ring. So happy that they went the extra mile for me.
