Just not acceptable.
My product has been stuck in Sydney for 3 weeks because they put the wrong address. It's been a month since I bought the product and it still hasn't arrived via UPS. I need to know where my package is. That's $336 of investment, and I'm losing clients due to a lack of product.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience with your company. I paid for delivery based on your website’s promise of 3-7 day shipping. However, my order is still marked as "awaiting fulfilment" with no updates provided, and there has been a complete lack of communication from your customer service team despite my repeated attempts to reach out via email and messages.
Additionally, the information on your website is misleading. While it subtly mentions that you operate from the USA, your business name suggests that you are based in Australia, which I find deceptive.
After reading multiple reviews, I discovered that some customers never received their orders. As a result, I requested a cancellation and refund, but once again, I have received no response.
As a paying customer, I expect basic customer service and transparency. I am now seriously considering filing a complaint due to this unacceptable experience. I hope you will promptly address this issue and either provide an update on my order or process the refund as requested.
