I ordered some products and was very…
I ordered some products and was very excited about it, first of all I was under the impression that the products were coming from Switzerland and not from Brazil there is no indication whatsoever of that.
Fast forward on top of 200 and some EUR I'm stuck with a bill for customs and taxes. I am very upset about this issue because if I knew the products were coming from Brazil there is no way I would have ordered. So unfortunately I don't think I will be ordering from this site ever again or recommend it.

The website is supposed to be Swiss so I thought I wouldn't pay taxes since I am located in France. However when the delivery guy came I saw that I had to pay very expensive taxes : the customs cost more than the actual products I ordered, nonsense !
I won't take the products and I think you really should make it clear on your website that people will have to pay customs when they receive their parcel
Edit : you are so childish that you only answer comments that flatter you. Unfortunately, you have to look at the reality, even when you don’t like it. It’s called being a responsible adult 😉

You can also find in our shipping and returns policy about the possibility of a Customs charge!
Unfortunately we have no way of knowing which orders will be taxed or the amount, as it depends solely on Customs, which is an organization that is above any store and can request the payment of a fee to release the order.

I cancelled my order because I paid €19.90 for the shipping so when my package arrived the delivery asked me to paid 11 euro more I wasn't agree with that because in your page just said €19.90 shipping internacional. I sent a email because I want to my refund my money back. But I didn't received any answer yet.

europe site, european value and even when you receive the order within europe you have to pay Duty as the products are coming from Brazil. in other words, the products are 4x more expensive than if they had been bought directly in Brazil.
