I ordered a few items from this company where it stated that the clothing will come before Christmas. Some of my items came but not all. I tried calling but you only get an automated system, emails bounce back and complaint system they have in place is laughable. They will not give me my refund back from the items never received. Be careful when purchasing from a company that you cannot get a hold of and refuse to give you a refund or a reason for missing items.

Back again! Update With no good results!! It is now Sept...30 i Still haven't received my order!! My order was placed on 7/23.... 😠 wow this is unacceptable!!! I've called several of times with only to get an Automated machine and no help!! And the kicker is they hang up afterwards!!! I have a #tracking number but when i check it, it doesn't shows up in any system.. They have e mail me a few times!! And that's it!! Where's my order!!! 😡

I placed an order for 2 shirts on June 1, 2020 hoping to get it by Father's Day. I just received my order yesterday. Yes, it took 2 months. However, I contacted customer support and gave them a piece of my mind (I honestly thought I had been scammed) and they responded very quickly. They were very apologetic about my order being late and professional. And for that, I will continue to patronize this company (I'll just bear in mind that shipping may take a while). Also, the shirts are nice quality shirts as advertised.

Horrible horrible horrible. I order a shirt in MAY and it is JULY and I have not heard anything. No updates nothing. It still says processing. Everytime I contact customer service it says the same thing 5-10 days. LIES. Don’t order from this website. Don’t waste your money.

My customer service experience is/was horrible. After placing my order, another item popped up stating add to your order (which would have given me free shipping). I did and instead of adding to,
it made a separate order with an additional shipping cost. Site wouldn't let me cancel. I was going to let it go, until all my items came in the same package. Now they won't give me my shipping cost back, and playing dumb about in our email exchange
