Basically the same experience as first two reviewers. Ordered one product received another. They told me I ordered the lesser product when my email confirmation from them showed I ordered the 10-300x. They offered $2 then $3. Do not do business with these thieves.
like another listed, I had ordered the telescope, supposedly a 4K 10-300X40MM, but was sent a 10-30. They (the Chinese company that sent it, not Blackbion) then offered $2 as compensation and upped it to $4 and appear to have no real return process. It seems that Blackbion is nothing more than a website that has set up a drop ship on products from China and takes no responsibility for bad products or returns. Stay away from them.
Total scammers. They advertised a 10 x 300 x 40 mm amazing new technology telescope and sent a much inferior 10 x 100 x 30mm scope. Then only offered a small discount, which I refused, and then offered a full refund only if I paid to return the original product back to them. I fought it on PayPal and won, so got a free scope, but I have to wonder how many innocent buyers got stuck with this item they did not order. I don't know how they are with other products, but I would avoid them for sure as they had to know what they were trying to pull with me and never really apologized. I do not recommend buying anything from them.
I have ordered items from blackbion.com several times and I can not fault the quality of the product and the service provided. The items that are sold by blackbion are amazing.
