Absolute 100% scam Rip-off. Invalid tracking number provided initially so I could "track my order". When I received the item (nearly 3 weeks later) it was either used or thrown around the office it was shipped from before packaging. It also did not work. At all. Wouldn't even start. I contacted the company to initiate a return and I was sent an email saying that I would receive a subsequent email with return instructions which, you guessed it, never came. I'm out roughly $100. You, Blackbird4k, are the problem.

This company has a website called Blackbird4k.com and also goes by
topdronecams.com. They sent me an invalid tracking number for my order. When I contact them by email, as suggested by their company for help with my order, there is never a reply. I was able to call an agent over a week ago, this was before I was sent a tracking number and was asking when one would be available. As soon as we hung up, I was provided the invalid tracking number. When I try to call their custom service number now, it will say there are no agents available to take my call. I was charged $112.45 and $7.95 for shipping and I still don’t have the item and I am not able to find out where the item is at or if I am going to get it at all because this could very well be a scam. Avoid purchasing from this company!
