Item bought: 10 1 m x 1 m x 20 mm rubber floor mat

Quality: excellent. Great grip underfoot. I have done jumps, a range of stretches, squats, and floor activities such as planks and found if very comfortable performing all these activities. I also find that unlike other mats I’ve used before, my elbows and feet did not start to slide after holding the plank while using this mat at all. The mats feel sturdy and of high quality

Appearance: I like the yellow spots on it. More yellow spots would be even better but that is just my preference.

Price: Excellent. I payed £25 per mat. If I were to buy the same size and thickness mats it would have caused double the price from a different supplier. This is even after factoring in the £75 delivery charge.

Customer service; Average. Sometimes when you call you get the voicemail machine. When you do get through the staff is friendly enough, though it does feel like they are very rushed. Short staff issues perhaps. I wish they could employ more staff so I could ask them about some other equipment I am interested in before buying.

Delivery; very fast, but would be nice to have an email letting me know when the items were dispatched.

Overall the shop provides good quality items at affordable prices and I will buy from them again. Hoping their dumbbells are good quality as well.

Great company to deal with , we recently setup a full gym and needed commercial gym machines and accessories within a very little time scale. We were struggling to find the variety of equipment we needed was getting let down by other suppliers. Once we contacted Black Bull Fitness a brochure with full price list was emailed to us . We selected the products that we wanted and they were brought down to us next day in their own company van. It was a very large order and vas impressed in the fast quick smooth service.
Now a week later all the equipment being setup we are very pleased we dealt with Black Bull Fitness and would highly recommend for price service and quality.
