03.07.2023 I received money into my account, the company froze the money and demanded all explanations, I explained everything, they are ok, wait a little more and we will answer, I have been waiting for almost 5 months, my problem is not solved
after repeated complaints, they responded with a request for additional information, I sent everything that was required and have been waiting for 12 days, again no response

Just like with the people below me, Blackcatcard has requested additional information regarding a transaction and my funds are now stuck. Please take a look, else I will have to escalate this further. The In-App Support only gives Copy Paste answers.

Terrible support
Fast registration, no comments here.
Support is terrible.
A few days ago I received a crypto transfer, confirmed it and it’s still on hold “processing”.
When I asked support about the timings, how can we speed up the process or why it’s taking so much time (never had such an issue before)
They give 0 information and copy pasting previous answers.
Read a few comments here and already scared that I’ll be waiting for the issue to be resolved much much more time :(
Update in 5 days.
They requested my info - nothing happened.
Support in the app still gives me copy paste answers and my money is still processing and I cannot access it!!!!!!!

Domency fee.
Domency fee.. bcc says in theyr webpage, that they will inform when your acc is inactive. So they not iformed me, now bcc asking 330eur. Balance always was 0, not -330. So bank just hides these fees. Interesting that, they say you no need to pay now, but later if you create acc, domency fee will be transfered. Ok no one going to create acc in that place ever. But i guess later they will try anyway to get that amoun in court, am i right?

Racist Approach in Verifications
My verification was rejected automatically even though I provided all the necessary documents (my Government issued ID, address registration etc. and they are all valid, I successfully opened an account with their close competitors such as Zen.com) My application wasn't even reviewed by a human which makes it obvious it is about my nationality. If you don't accept clients from specific countries, you should write it on your website and don't waste people's time. This approach is highly unprofessional and disappointing.
Edit with regards to the reply : I am fully aware of the regulations you have to follow as a financial institution, it is the standard for most banks and EMIs. You only asked for my ID card and my proof of address, I provided my Government issued ID card and a valid Proof of Address and you rejected me. How is that not about my nationality?
