Do not buy from this company! I ordered some rabbit treats & was promised next day delivery, (so far so good), wasn’t given an actual delivery time apart from being delivered today. Waited in all day to then be told it is delayed. I then find out through tracking the order 4 days later that it hasn’t even been shipped yet! No email or notification to let me know. Totally unacceptable & disappointing!
I bought their flea tablets because it said they would last 4 weeks but they never even lasted a day.
Probably the worst company that I have ever dealt with and it is a shame that that I had to award one start to post a review. Their claim for cheap delivery is with a company notorius for not delivering to where I live. An order placed on the 15th. May was due to be delivered between 30th. May and 2nd. June. An email from the delivery company (Hermes) claims that delivery was made on 30th. May although nothing appeared. A message to customer services on 5th. June has received no response, so my loss of £85.10 has probably received the response of 'sod off, we're not interested'.
