Great company, ordered in Canada and it arrived well inside of a week. Excellent built product if not a little eccentric on the marketing side (website fonts and some marketing strategies are quirky!). Price to performance ratio is off the charts. This chair arrived larger and sturdier than the photos on the website make it seem, from the wheels to the upholstery. Armrests had more adjustments than expected and had this nice bronze chrome accents. Beautiful golden threads used for stitching the chair together. Support team was extremely quick (less than 6 hours!) to respond to shipping mistake in order, to be resolved promptly.

Just got my chair and I love it! It's super comfortable. I have bad posture and this helps keep it in order.

Order an Athena pro to replace my secret lab chair and could not be any happier. The Athena is amazing! The quality of the chair is better than my old chair and over all more comfortable. Did have a minor issue with the chair upon arrival but the support team was fast amd amazing and resolved my issue. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for a new chair.

The build quality is phenomenal , ball bearing wheels, all metal frame, high quality high density foam, 4 way lumbar adjustment, magnetic head rest, all that for an amazing value pricing. All the best for way less than Secretlab. I also own a Secretlab and let me tell you this is way ahead. Honestly this is such an amazing chair.

Missing tools to assemble chair, had to use Ikea keys to assemble it.

The chair couldn't be lowered enough for it to be comfortable. It was also super stiff.

DON'T get it if you think you'll be returning it at ALL. They make you pay for the returns and could have cared less that we didn't like it.

The chair is great quality and easily assembled.
The seat is a little stiff and lumbar support adjustments are not very extreme but this could be personal preference. Strongly suggest ordering the lumbar pillow and head rest. It made a world of difference. I could sleep in this chair now.
All of the functions are convenient and smooth.
Customer service is by far the best I have experienced from a company.
They truly care if you are satisfied with your purchase.

I ordered a pre-order chair, the Liquid white Athena Pro, Sadly i never got updated on the shipping. So i went to their servicedesk, got told it would take around 5 more days untill i got more information, it shouldve been shipped out 5th of march, 6 days later they still havent send me anything, went to support again and said it would take untill april, they apologized for the way they didnt update me and gave me multiple choices with added compensations to it. Even though it took a long while and i had to seek for the support. They helped me incredibly well and super fast. 10/10 support.

Got an athena gaming chair for Christmas (yes, i chose my gift) and the experience has been great so far. it is easy to mount and well built. Still looks new ! I had a small issue with a screw getting loose and the support sent me a replacement armrest immediately when i contacted them. highly recommend.

I've had the Athena chair a few days now and I absolutely love it. I had previously ordered a Razer chair and it was so firm and uncomfortable (I can't handle aggressive lumbar support) that I returned it and decided to bite the bullet and buy a more expensive chair. The Athena was well worth the extra price. Super comfortable, well made, arrived quickly, and was easy to put together. I really like the lumbar pillow since you can use it as you like and it's not built into the chair. The headrest is great for the same reason and I really like the magnetic design.

I recently picked up the Blacklyte Athena Pro and I’m genuinely impressed. I was looking at Secretlab for a while, but the price was hard to swallow. This chair gives you the same premium feel—magnetic head pillow, 4D armrests, and a super sturdy wheelbase—for a much better price.

The assembly was a breeze (took me about 20 mins) and they even include a pair of gloves so you don't smudge the materials. The cold-cure foam is firm but supportive, which has already helped with my back pain during long work shifts. Highly recommend if you want luxury without the "brand name" tax.

The two upper bolt holes for the backrest were milled wrong from the factory. I had to force the bolts into these holes. Upon contacting support, they wanted me to somehow prove that these bolts (which will never move again) were forced in, therefore did nothing for me. The chair itself is not bad, but because of the poor support, I will never buy from them again.
