I ordered an Athena Pro chair during their boxing day deals and despite it being the busy holidays, it arrived in just a few days! The instructions were clear and the box came with some handling gloves which were a cute touch. There is one part when attaching the back of the chair that I had to adjust a bit more so the screw went in smoothly, but I figured it out. After assembling, to my disappointment, I noticed that the lifting mechanism didn't work. I sent an email to Blacklyte's support team and they responded to me within the day. After a couple of videos and back-and-forth emails, they sent me a new chair at no extra cost and it arrived in two days! I am so impressed with the quality of the chair and their service. I normally have to jump through a dozen AI chatbots or phone transfers just to talk to someone. I would strongly recommend Blacklyte to anyone!

The customer service from this company is awful. If you buy anything, you're stuck with it. They don't know their head from any other body part there.

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the height of the chair at its lowest setting. It sits too tall for someone shorter. Otherwise, great product! Very comfortable and affordable. It's slightly softer than SecretLabs and VertaGear chairs which I appreciate.

I love my Blacklyte chair! It's incredibly durable and feels extremely well made. Customer service was super fast with their responses when I needed help with a replacement part. There were no issues, no run around, didn't have to answer 50 questions. Just quick and simple! The thing that stood out to me the most was how fast they got back to me and how familiar they seemed. The customer service rep I dealt with was super nice and just "human"... not cold and overly "professional". They were very professional but not in a *make you feel like you did something wrong* type of way. The whole experience made me feel confident in any future purchases or referrals.

Great product, great service. It took longer than expected to get the chair but I ordered right before Christmas. It feels sturdy and is very confortable. I’ve red it’s too high at it’s lowest. That’s true. It fits me but I’m 6 ft. Also, the armrest don’t go back enough for me and the armest adjutement is a bit coarse. I can’t find my sweet spot. Ok for gaming but a bit odd for working.

The quality and attention to detail is amazing. Packaging was brilliant, and the included gloves? In my excitement to unwrap everything they saved my hand from a ill directed knife point. Shipping was rocket ship fast, and great pay options. I Ordered the Athena and WOW! It is better quality than my expensive office work chair. I'm a big guy 6'2" 270 and I have plenty of room to "Spread out". Very comfortable design that states that you have good taste in quality products. My only issue... I have cats... Please make a washable cover for your chairs. It took all of 3 hours after set-up for them to zero in on it. I'm glad I caught them because I hate losing a decent cat. Blacklyte please produce a good cover that protects this investment and looks good too, and do it in your Blacklyte way. I trust you. Thanks for the chair my dining room furniture was killing me. 😆

One of the best companies I've dealt with they stand behind their products i had an issue arise with a brand new 460.00 gaming chair contacted them through email on a Sunday mind you and they were quick to get back to me on that Sunday sent them a short video showing them the problem and the next day they had a brand new one on the way I totally recommend this company and also the chair is of high quality thank you Blacklyte

Comfortable chair, looks just like in the pictures. The customer service has always been quick at responding.

Arm rest came loose after a small period. Contacted support and they sent me a replacement without any difficulties. Quick response time.

Chair itself is great, good quality seat and the lumbar cushion is nice and soft.
