Piss poor customer service

Piss poor customer service. Sent our spread with less than a months expiry left, then ignored all of my mails. Basically couldn't give a toss once they have your money. Nice product though.

Zero Customer Service Available

Ordered 5 jars of short dated hazelnut spread for a baking job, could of bought Tesco own but as these were reduced and I was using before October '25, gave it a go.
Evri the courier left my delivery in a kerbside recycle box, with my collection, the box was i assume taken by the recycling team? I had photographic evidence on the Evri website.
Have emailed them 5 times in total over a week and FaceBook messaged them TWICE.
NOT one response. Contacted Evri who tell me to contact Black Milk to replace the order and claim against the courier. How can I get any contact, there is no customer service at all.
How it stands at the moment is they have my money...I want it refunded or goods sent out again.

I hope people read these reviews, I thought they were a reputable company in the home baking circuit?

Such a dissapointment. Legal advice next. BBC watchdog. Rip Off Britain.

I used this company for the first time…

I used this company for the first time and ordered 6 jars of cream spread. 4 white chocolate with a date of January 25. That's fine but the 2 jars of hazelnut cream goes out of date in October, you might think that's OK but I don't bake very often and will only be using it for that reason. There should be at least a year on these jars like any spreads, They're not cheap!! I emailed them with this and I got an abrupt rude reply, "The spreads are well within date, October is 150 days away". I emailed back saying they were rude and got no answer. This is the first and only time I will order their products after their short date products and attitude.

Unprofessional

I am a content creator and did some work with Black Milk. I don't usually write reviews on companies I've worked with but I've never had such a bad experience before. I was gifted two spreads which were absolutely delicious, which makes what I'm about to say next so disappointing. I followed through with what I was going to do for them, I filmed a video with the spreads incorporated into my usual content and posted it across several of my social medias - I make the video for the company to use for their own promotions if they wish. I promoted my discount code on a lot of my content on Instagram in my discount code section and recommended them to family/friends since I genuinely enjoyed their product. I sent over the content I made for them and signed up for their affiliate program, I never got a response to say whether they liked the content I created. Then when I went to tag them in a post one day, I seen that they BLOCKED me on Instagram. I could no longer see or tag their account. I had family/friends double check for me and they could still see them, so it was just me. I emailed them to politely ask why this was... no response. Now reading the reviews on here about them makes me realise I am not the only one who was getting ignored - the disheartening part of that is that they're doing this to their CUSTOMERS too. What a childish thing to do, something I would have done when I was 12. Extremely unprofessional and have definitely lost a returning customer because I did enjoy their product and so did my family.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service .

I received a product on the 6th of August only to discover that the product goes out of the on the 27th of August.
I was told a replacement is being sent . Dpd told me it was going to be delivered on the 9th of August. Today is the 12th and still not even handed the parcel to dpd . The lady on the end tells me she's on here own at the moment . That's not my problem . I own a business and stay true to my customers without any excuses . Don't run a business if you can't run it properly. It my first but definitely the last time I used this not so called company!

Awful customer service. Unprofessional and disappointing.

Awful customer service. Hard to get in contact with as they take weeks to reply to emails. I was sent a product which use by date was so close to the date I received it (it was a gift so by the time it was going to be gifted it would be out of date). I have emailed, used the chat function on their website and messaged on Instagram but heard nothing. I am sure they are ignoring me as they replied at the start and offered me a complimentary box of chocolates but now they are ‘seeing’ my messages and not replying. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

Horrible service

Horrible service! Asking for days sending emails my tracking link doesn’t work I am waiting for my order for 11 days. No response nothing. Still haven’t receive my order. First and last time for me.

Awful product care

The customer service was really helpful to begin with when my parcel was undelivered and sent back to them but three weeks later and they still hadn't resent it. They emailed me to let me know that they would be delivering it again and I was super excited. I received it today and the seal on the jar was broken which is awful during a pandemic. I am truly let down by a product I was so excited for.

Poor quality produce and highly priced

Very first time trying black milk. Ordered the Nutella freak shake and an almost whopping £8, it came with Nutella milkshake in a rather small jar with a Nutella Krispy Kreme doughnut on top and a small piece of kinder bueno chocolate. Didn’t mind paying the price asked but once I actually got to eating the doughnut WHAT A BIG LET DOWN. A STALE doughnut 😡 one bite and rest ended up in the bin where it belonged. NEVER AGAIN
