I placed my order about 3pm on Sunday, the laptop arrived around 10am the following Tuesday, very fast delivery. The item was just as advertised, it looked to be new, not refurbished, not a mark of any note on it. I powered it up and had it in use within 5 mins, no problems at all, I wouldn't hesitate in using Blackmore IT again, Highly Recommended. Thank you.

Great service
Item arrived in excellent packaging, just as described and at a reasonable price.
Although I ended up returning the item, it was my choice as I found a more suitable item on the site a few days after the purchase.
RMA number was issued immediately and the refund was processed the day after the item arrived back. I have no hesitation in recommending Blackmore IT and I'll definitely be coming back when my son needs a laptop for college!

The laptop is great
The laptop is great, but the computer bag you recommended for it was enormous and not suitable for the purpose, so we had to give it away.
That is something you should look at in the future for other customers.
