Highly recommended - particularly like the human touch
Have been a customer of Blacknight for over 10 years and I highly recommend them. Blacknight offer excellent customer service, efficiency and reliability. I am particularly impressed that Blacknight have never tried to communicate with me via bots. The human touch is a real bonus when interacting with tech enterprises.

Great to work with, speak plainly and honestly. Provided a router that could deliver the speeds for the packages they were selling (which most providers don't do).
