Wrong item sent to me. Refusing to give a refund once returned.
Ordered a hoody from this company on the 21st November. Ordered a white one and got sent a pink one. Sent it back to the returns address on the packaging and all they did is keep asking me where I sent the return to despite me telling them several times. They then told me it’s been sent to the wrong place despite it saying the returns address clearly on the packaging when I received my item. Don’t put return addresses on packaging if that isn’t where you want returns to go to. Wasting everybody’s time with that.
Company has honestly pissed me off, wasted so much of my time and money. Spent 50 pounds on the item and 6 pounds sending it back so now down 56 quid for nothing in return. Whole company is run by a bunch of clowns. No professionalism from any individual I have sent e-mails to asking for a solution to this problem.
AVOID THIS COMPANY. They are just running a massive scam and if you have any issues they will not help you. Deal with a proper reputable company that will help you if any issues arise. I’ve pretty much accepted I won’t get my money back.

They posted me damaged goods and exactly like other purchasers, when I have complained, they are refusing to issue a refund and have asked me to return the items to China at my own expense. Beware! Do not buy from this company
This company advertise everywhere that they provide free returns but they do not provide them. They have a UK address but ask you to return items to China so they will arrive in time for refund. I refused to do so and returned it to London address but did not receive refund for postage or clarification of why they state something which is untrue on their website and all advertising. Be aware of this if you decide to buy from this company. I did get a refund for the item however if they had not ignored my initial request to cancel before the item was despatched, I would not have lost £5.35. I would not buy from them and hope others do not also. I would give zero starts if I could.

The message from Black Norway seems to indicate that they don't know if I ordered from them but there were a lot of emails between me and Jeanie of Black Norway over the Christmas break and I have still not received the postage refund requested or a reply to my last email.

I only gave this organisation 1 star as there was no facility to give 0. I purchased a torch which:
1. Arrived late.
2. Is not compatible with UK fittings.
3. Is incomplete with fittings missing.
I sent images as requested but there was again, a delay so now they claim I am out of time for a refund.

You’ll receive an email response reassuring you that your item will arrive, everytime from the same person called Jeannie. I believe they are from west London, they sent me a £2 phone case instead of a iPhone case that cost me £20 plus a smart watch that was missing! Contact your bank asap if you have gave them your details. Ignore the positive one or two reviews they’re just the scammers….

Total con - do not fall for this website. I bought a lamp for a Xmas gift for someone at the end of November. I contacted the online store to ask for an estimated delivery date. Vendor was entirely unhelpful, refused to tell me the date the item was sent, ignored my 2 further follow up emails. It’s now 28th dec and I’m still waiting for my item. The tracking number I have hasn’t been updated since 2nd Dec (Evri status still says ‘we’re expecting it’). I had to buy a replacement item from a trusted store at the last minute so I had a gift to give at Xmas. Do not be fooled by this website

Ordered what looked like a reasonable quality business folio for a male friend. Had put UK products into search engine but this was clearly made in China which I would usually avoid like the plague due to all the issues sending it back etc. the folio didn’t resemble the ad at all and was damaged by being stuffed into a tiny envelope. It took an age to get here and I could see if it was coming from China from the tracking number that I was given. I complained to their customer services and they said it will be on its way and I also told them that I’ve seen bad reviews and people saying that their company was a scam company. I advise that I would leave terrible reviews if they did not actually deliver my product and deliver it on time as promised. I was not pleased with the item when it arrived and I told them so by email and they offered me 30% refund which I took due to the sending back being much more expensive than just accepting the refund. Just look at the products they advertise very carefully and I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy anything from them in the future.

Avoid poor Chinese products
I wish I had read the reviews before my purchase of a ”high end pull out faucet in brushed nickel” it was made plastic, badly packaged and as other reviews have mentioned it comes from china. The only time you are aware of this is when you get the shipping order, which takes forever to update. I unpackaged it and packed it right back up £80 for a plastic tap no thank you. Avoid buying anything from this scam company, luckily I paid via PayPal so I’m covered and can get my money back. Absolutely awful product

The name suggests that you’re buying from a Scandinavian company, the product I bought is coming from China, There was no mention of lead time or country of dispatch so yet again the expectation is that it would be no longer than a week. It’s been on order since the 7th Dec so I was expecting it to be here in time for Christmas.
On the 21st Dec it’s still in an airport in China. Do not buy from this company.

This is a SCAM. Ordered heated ski gloves that were poor quality only to be offered 20% and then 30% refund if I kept them or return them to CHINA. This is very misleading as they say free returns!!! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.
