Customer service ignoring emails

December 2021 - ordered & then received boots that were too small. Contacted customer service & asked to exchange. Very helpful at that point. They said a replacement pair would be sent and to keep the originals. That should have set off alarm bells. March - still not received, another email to ask for update. They would chase. May - still no boots, and now summer! Asked for a return address and refund. No reply to email and still no response as of today. I will never order from them again and would advise people not order anything unless you are 100% sure the size is correct.

Ha ha I should have known better....!!!

Ha ha I should have known better....!!!
Bought a pair of bike goggles. Arrived after about a month. When they did, the were the cheapest nastiest pieces of plastic imaginable And they were broken.
This is where the shenanigans begin....
I contacted blxcknorway via email.
I asked for a refund and was asked to send numerous photos of the broken items. I was offered a replacement but requested a refund. They begged me to reconsider and let them send me another pair. I declined. They then offered me a 30% refund and allowed to keep the broken goggles.....!
Again I declined, so I was instructed to return the broken item for a refund.
The item cost 30 quid and it would have cost me 45 quid to send them back.....!!!!
I have since asked for a 30% refund and keep the useless goggles.
Guess what....!!!?
I've not heard back from them since.ike I said, I should have known better....!!!!

Like others the major issues seem to be…

Like others the major issues seem to be sending the wrong sizing, slow delivery times and poor quality product. I too (see other reviews) bought some rapid cycle shoes which were of poor quality. The company site posts 15 5* reviews, many of which emphasise quicker delivery. To be fair their shipping section does say that they send from China and that it takes 7-14 days, 15 in my case. And, the ubiquitous Jeannie does respond quickly to your emails.

Should have read the reviews first!

Should have read the reviews first, so would not feel like a victim.

Purchased from them and took forever to arrive. Sizes are ridiculous under, so needed to return.

So they drag out the process and then deny that you are eligible as you are NOW out of time!

There are plenty of professional businesses out there, sadly this is not one of them so stay clear.

Pleasantly surprised …

I ordered some shoes for my daughter and then read the reviews!!! I was not expecting anything to turn up.
I contacted customer service as the tracking didn’t work and I was impressed with how quickly I got a response and a link to enable me to track my parcel from start to finish.
My shoes arrived today, they took about 2-3 weeks to get here, but they are perfect and exactly what I ordered.
My daughter is delighted.

This is the worst company ever

This is the worst company ever . Please if you have spare cash to part with give it to a worthy Charity . I find the other reviews very informative and wish I had read them . Issue now in hands of my credit card company.

DISGUSTED

DISGUSTED. Doesn’t even deserve one star. I bought a product online and it came but it wasn’t the right product, i thought it was something else. So I asked for a refund and was told to send them a picture which I did. Then they said that because there isn’t a defect on it I’m not eligible for a refund wth!!! It states online you can refund within 14 days if it’s unused. I’ve bought this to their attention but now I’m just getting ignored... This is so wrong!!! I will NEVER use them again and advise anyone else not to.

Sent the wrong size and didn't cover return postage

EDIT - Blxck Norway took nearly 3 YEARS to reply to my review!! But apparently they "take every concern seriously." You have to laugh at the gaslighting.

Don't EVER use this company and if you do feel compelled to shop with them in a moment of madness, use a credit card company where you can dispute your purchases if something goes wrong. Also be aware you won't get your return postage fees back even if you're returning items due to Blxck Norway's error.

Here were my issues with Blxck Norway:

1. I ordered a supposedly far-infrared (FIR) "winter jacket" (aka gilet or bodywarmer). The jacket was over-priced for the quality it was. You can get a true FIR heat pad for the price of this jacket that is much better quality.
2. Blxck Norway sent the wrong size jacket. The size they sent was 2-3 sizes smaller than the one ordered. I ordered a size to fit a 6ft tall man. The size received fitted a size 12-14 woman.
3. Despite their proven mistake I had to pay for return postage in order to get my refund. Blxck Norway didn't refund return postage.

Don't put yourself through the trouble of dealing with this "company".

They sent me the wrong size. When you contact customer service someone named Jeannie doesn't read your message properly and tries to upsell you. They also tried to talk me into accepting only a partial refund and keeping the WRONG item they sent me?? They then tried and get me to send the item back to CHINA in exchange for a full refund?! I ended up sending the item return to their London office (as adress is mentioned on their website) and finally got my money refunded but without the return costs ofcourse. Absolutely outrageous experience and will obviously never buy from them again. Even if you're OK with cheaply made products, you're better off going anywhere else to buy them.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

Bought some cycling shoes 'compatible with SPD cleats'. The product that came was a Chinese knock-off copy with rubber soles and totally useless. Was offered 10% refund and the shoes which I refused. They then offered 50% but would only fully refund if I sent them back to China at MY expense (£19.50)!!! Jeannie in customer services appears helpful but doesn't divert from the script. Avoid this firm completely

If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Poor customer service, parcels take forever to come and there is a strong desire not to refund you.

I had to send proof of postage, then ask them to show proof of receipt so I could prove that I had not had the parcel for longer than 14 days according to their returns policy. Eventually refunded but it was a fight that wasn’t fun, you wouldn’t expect and other companies don’t ask for.

Appalling company

Appalling company, send damage goods that took over 3 months to deliver, will not give money back. Re send the shoddy item and that took 5 months. Expect you to pay postage for damaged goods.

Same story as a lot of other reviews

Same story as a lot of other reviews, wish I had checked them out on trustpilot before I ordered, I bought some spin shoes which arrived and were not as described on their website, when I tried to return they said I had to send them back to China and then said they did not accept any returns at all, they pretend to be British and have a British return address so I sent them back there but they have not refunded, they basically just steal your money.
