Unprofessional and not to be trusted with your booking. We made a booking with this company via Airbnb, which was fully confirmed and paid for in full. Over three weeks later they cancelled our booking, claiming the dates were unavailable. They offered an alternative property but that didn't even fit our group size. Utterly shocking that our holiday was cancelled at the last minute, yet since the cancellation the property is still showing as available on their website for someone else to book! Completely unacceptable service, and I am unable to leave them a negative review on Airbnb as the booking never took place.
