Bought a FASCIA BOOSTER ROLLER. It CRACKED within the warranty period, but by the time I contacted CUSTOMER SERVICES, it was just outside the warranty period. BLACKROLL were very unaccommodating. Poor service. Poor product. It cost £200 and I hardly used it.

This memory foam pillow finally stopped my neck cramps. It arrived vacuum seald and expanded perfectly in an hour, no weird chemical smell at all

The delivery was fast and the tracking was always updated! The ball 08 is great for my back and neck pain! I wish I had bought it earlier!!!!

I ordered mini bands on Sunday and Tuesday morning it was delivered in Switzerland. Very quick and efficient.

I bought a Message Gun FASCIA GUN. It stopped working g just outside the warranty period. It cost 189€ and I hardly used it.
BLACKROLL were very unaccommodating, although I offered to return it to them for them to make their own opinion. Poor service and in my opinion a poor product. There are much cheaper massage pistole on the market.

I’ve been using the pillow for more than half a year and I’m really really happy with it. I don’t have any more a stiff neck. It is quite adjustable plus it is super easy to pack and travel with. I do believe it’s worth it money. I try to take it with me whenever I can.

In late May I bought the mattress as well (100x200cm) and I have to say you really sleep quite well on it. I’m a side sleeper, so I did not adjust the arrangement. I did add the topper later though, but removed it because I didn’t feel softer or better. As a slight sleeper, I need a soft part for my hip, so that it all part of my body lie comfortable on the mattress. the mattress is nice and I sleep quite well, but I had before a mattress from a discounter that was less than half the price and my sleep was the same. It is not only a subjective feeling but also if I compare the data in my watch; there is no significant improvement whereas I did feel an improvement when I change from my old old mattress to the discounter mattress, it was higher value. So from my point of view I don’t see a higher improvement when buying this more expensive mattress. If you have a really old or not a good mattress, it will for sur, change your sleep quality but if you have a good mattress, it’s not worth it.

Physical products are great. It is unhelpful that I need to create a new Blackroll account (with the same email address I placed the order from). Was not offered a solution/workaround so now I have a new Blackroll profile :)

I bought the LOOP BAND SET X 6 in a package deal and after I started using the yellow LOOP BAND ( second time ), the elastics in the band came loose and now they are broken.
You can see the exposed elastics all over the LOOP BAND and you can not use it on bare skin without hurting yourself....

I bought the blackroll pillow recently. I have spent a fortune buying a variety of pillows hoping. for some relief from morning neck pain. Hooray. The first morning after using the blackroll pillow I was so happy to have minimal neck pain. 1st. time in years. So relieved that I can finally stop buying pillows. I have finally found the perfect pillow for me. It is smaller than a normal pillow. This makes no difference to the comfort.

Perfect tool for regeneration. The order was very smooth and arrived after 4 days at my place. I really like the product, it is by far the best foamroller I have used. Also the Blackroll Balls are very handy to specifically aim the back and shoulder area. Simply great products, the blackroll balls as well as the roller. I can recommend the product to everybody that does sports regularly!

Blackroll warms up my muscles before and relaxes them after doing sports. My muscle ache is much less when I use Blackroll; my work out is complete using this device.
