I ordered the Aeroweave SS Jersey (Retail $235) and the Zero bib shorts (Retail $285).

The quality of both items, but the jersey in particular was poor. It was the most plastic feeling material, it left an awful wide neck as it wasn't form fitting, size guide was incredibly off (despite seeking support with their customer support as I was concerned that I was being told to buy a M despite wearing a xxs-xs in other brands.

What is most concerning however, is the fact that I left a review about the product and its poor quality which has been removed. Buyer beware that this company deletes/removes negative reviews so while they're website may rate it as 5 stars, they're misleading consumers with the removal of reviews that don't shine them in a positive light.

I really wanted to love this product, but between needing to pay for the return and now seeing that they lie and remove negative reviews is just so concerning and disheartening.

I lashed out about 12 months ago and bought Black Sheep's 'Essentials' mens bib and brace cycling shorts. They are not my favourite bib so I reckon I used them for perhaps 30hrs of cycling over that time. I did not hand wash them (who has that time?) however like all our other cycling stuff we put them in separate bags. The Chamois has completely separated and split in two. Very disappointing considering the price I paid and the fact I have numerous other cheap bibs that I have used until I can only wear them inside on the trainer and yet the chamois is still in one piece. Given the length of time since purchase and a previous poor after sales response I have not approached Black Sheep but won't be going back.

The color of the gloves are not the same as they show on the photo! Also the size chart is giving wrong sizes, my gloves are to large...

Also extra taxes to paid that were equal to the cost of the cycling gloves...

I will never buy something from black sheep cycling!!!

Love the product, they just never have stock available.. I get the whole marketing ploy of scarcity but this is ridiculous.. I buy a couple of kits a year but availability is so hit and miss.., you have to jump on their new product launches fast or miss out (guess that’s the strategy that keeps the prices high - I get it..),
Size S you would think would be easy..
Given up, looking for another brand.. it’s just not convenient when you want to buy a kit.. birthday next week and want a kit, nothing I want is in stock.. lucky plenty of other options..

The sizing is not per their size guide. I have a couple of their items from previous seasons that I bought via cycle store Sigma UK. I bought a current season item from their international website of exactly the same thing, advertised on the same page, with apparently the same sizing just a different colour, however it's total different fit/sizing. Not the same at all! I contacted customer services to complain, but they take no responsibility for misleading in terms of sizing. I have to pay international shipping to return. I wrote a review for the product...and its not on the website, their website is filtered to only post 5 star reviews. Terrible company, terrible customer support.

If you’re in the UK just don’t bother.

Product quality is average, the fit is not per their size guide, delivery takes for ever as they seem to only dispatch once a week and when it inevitably doesn’t fit you’ll be on the hook for the cost of return postage.

The sizing really hacked me off as I only purchased from them as they seemed to have a unique cut / sizing that suited me but the reality is the gilet in XL os smaller than other brands XLs I’d tried and discounted.

Avoid and buy from one of the many UK companies.

UK taxes NOT paid. Paid for shirt from the Australian website which says all taxes for UK paid. They are not. Shirt stuck with courier and no refund. I am told to pay the taxes, contact their courier and return an item I don't have. So lazy. Only contact details an email address and now, no reply. Utter brick wall. Really appalling, careless service.

Don't buy into hype or exclusivity. The products screams made in china and are overpriced and not worth the amount paid for.

Fit is soso and not great. Sizing guide is a mess. I've bought italian jerseys that are race cut but the fit on their jerseys are terrible. If you wear this, you really have to align the shirt straight.

The quality of cloth appears fragile. The quality is nothing compared to MAAP.

Color seems faded compared to what you see online. The product is made in china and probably bought at a low price.

Probably, the worst cycling kit i've ever bought.

Plus, for some reason, the jersey smells.

And, for reasons unknown to me. Since i contribute to trustpilot. I should have read reviews on this company first before purchasing from them.
