Great shipping option based in Japan. I often buy from multiple sources in Japan so get everything sent to Blackship to consolidate. Clearly stated shipping options and easy to use customs forms. Add to that great pricing and quick postage. What’s not to like? 5 stars.

Friendly staff with great communication. I requested photos of serial codes during the kpop handling process and the staff has kindly sent me the photos. All of my consolidated items were neatly packed as well. I have used Blackship for a few years and will continue to use this service. Highly recommended.

Great service

Really smooth experience using this service. There are a lot of steps involved, but they're all laid out pretty simply and directly, and I found the instructions on how to read and use the Blackship address extremely helpful.

There were still a couple of things that I found a bit difficult to navigate (understanding what kind of address it was: office or other) when filling out the form, but there were no problems with sending the package.

The price is also pretty reasonable: as someone who lives in a place where I expect to pay pretty high shipping prices when ordering from overseas, Blackship's fees plus the delivery fees from the store totalled to about what I would have expected to pay if I'd been able to ship direct from the store.

I think I'm going to be aiming to do fewer orders, but ordering a few things at once and getting Blackship to consolidate them, as it seems the most cost-effective route, but overall, really happy with it so far.

Blackship is essential to my venture and for fulfilling my hobbies. It gives us complete control of our package which I value the most. However their non priority (priority is paid) orders have slow processing time of 3-5 days,so I wish if they could improve that. Other than that it is awesome and very highly recommended.

My package arrived without any issues. I applied for their invoice removal service but was not fulfilled, but they were quick to give me a refund since the mistake was on their part. Really happy with their service
