It should not come as a surprise for clients to enquire about the prices and packages for the service you provide. The representative was incredibly disrespectful, emotional and extremely unprofessional over the first and last call we had. Please do better.
It’s not often that you meet people who get your vision and work hard to make it happen, especially when you have a vision of your big day! Lucky for me Aqeel and his team got the vision and made it happen. We had +250 guests and each one enjoyed the food. We could not find a single fault the whole evening, the attention to detail was incredible, the aromas from the piping hot food made you dive into the various dishes, each dish, bite was exquisite and then the service, again just simply impeccable. We were all blown away and hold Aqeel’s team in high regard and have lots of joy and memories that will stay with us for years to come. Blackstone’s are simply the best and with Aqeel’s drive and passion you are guaranteed excellency on your special day!
Aqeel took a deposit of £1000 and claims that his pots and pans have not been returned. They were dropped. He originally agreed to provide the food in containers and in the morning of the collection, informed us that he did not have containers and if we were to take pots to pour food, we would have to return the pots within 2 hours to him, however wanted £1000 deposit. When CCTV was requested, he claims that his cameras do not work. He claims that the pots were not returned to his cooking unit in Leyton. It seems very strange that he changed the plan so last minute. Very happy that we did not rely on him for a full event. He is refusing to report the incident to the police, so I have now taken the matter to the police.
The Food was excellent and everyone appreciated the food and spice level was perfect. All the guests were praising and this team and food made the event memorable !!!
