Horrible

If you're ever faced with dealing with this company....RUN! Communication is difficult, hold time waiting for assistance is excessive and help in getting problems resolved [especially billing] is the worst! I was billed supposedly because, according to Blackstone, my deductible with my secondary insurance [primary insurer claim was filed and covered] had not been met. When I contacted them with evidence that the deductible had, in fact, been met, I was told they would "expedite my request" and it would take approximately A WEEK to get an answer. That is unacceptable and poor customer service. Since this company adamantly insists that equipment be returned within 5 days or a penalty will incur, they certainly should do everything possible to respond to customers timely. They are surely quick to send an invoice with a note that payment is due upon receipt, however, they are not as timely in responding to customer issues. Other reviews are certainly enlightening. Additionally, it is difficult to understand employees as many of them do not have enough of a command of the English language to be understood easily. I wouldn't recommend them in any way, shape or form!

This is a horrible company to deal…

This is a horrible company to deal with; go anywhere else. The call wait time is consistently over 20 minutes. Most of the reps' English isn't their first or second language. They tell you something different every time you call. It took almost 3 weeks to receive the device, and they received it a week ago and still haven't reviewed the results. I've had to reschedule my doctor follow-up twice so far.

These guys are crooks

On Jan. 13, 2026, I was contacted by someone named Isabel using the email address for a Maria Munoz - Verifications (Trust Pilot won't allow the email to be shown) and advised Blackstone had received a sleep test order from my doctor and they wanted to confirm my information. She also claimed to have been in contact with my insurance company and the test was authorized. On Jan. 15, 2026, @ 8:19am CST, I was contacted by text by someone claiming to be Isaac Cordoba - Sleep Advisor Blackstone Medical Services, again attempting to confirm my insurance information because the study was 100% covered by insurance. I contacted my insurance company (Humana) to identify what was going on. Humana stated they had no record of providing authorization to Blackstone for a sleep study. I performed a BBB search of the company and discovered they had many complaints about device returns not being acknowledged and patients improperly billed. I called a number previously provided and requested to Cancel the order. At or near 10:17am CST, I received a text showing a UPS tracking number for the device. At 11:37am CST, I replied by text requesting Blackstone Cancel the order. Then immediately called Isaac Cordoba at (813)831-2727 Ext. 689 and told him to cancel the order because my insurance company had no record of being contacted regarding this procedure. Isaac informed me the device was already scheduled for delivery through UPS, and he could not stop the process. At 1:00pm CST, as shown in UPS tracking logs, I contacted UPS and requested they return the item to the sender. Those logs show UPS was not in possession of the package until 9:00pm that evening. At some point, my return request was processed and the package from Blackstone was intercepted at UPS facilities, issued a return tracking number, and processed for return to Blackstone. A UPS Proof of Delivery for the return to Blackstone was issued on Jan. 23, 2026, at 9:56 am. Blackstone has continued to say they do not have the returned item and are threatening to submit my information to collections.

Title: Misleading Billing and Poor Customer Service

I was contacted by this company for a home sleep test, and I was told that my doctor had authorized them and that my insurance had not covered the full cost, requiring me to pay $249 out of pocket. Trusting this information, I paid the fee.

Later, I discovered that my insurance had actually authorized the same test at a different facility at no cost to me. Despite multiple emails and calls requesting a refund, the company gave contradictory explanations and refused to return my payment.

Their actions felt misleading and exploitative, especially toward patients who rely on accurate medical and billing information. I would caution others to verify authorization and insurance coverage carefully before proceeding with this service.

It doesn't seem ligit

My doctor ordered a sleep study and Blackstone supplied the ring. They seemed a bit pushy from the very beginning and rather unprofessional.
Now, I'm being harassed over a $25 balance due (which I'm happy to pay), but it needs to be paid online.
Their online Bill Pay is very unsophisticated and I'm hesitant to offer my credit card or bank data.
They have HORRIBLE reviews on line, but nothing here at Trust Pilot, so I thought I'd make them known with this review.
Currently, I'm out of town and asked Blackstone to send me a bill with an address, so I can mail them a check.
I will follow up with their response.
