What made my experience great was the feed back and the laughter we had while working together. What the company is doing well is how nice the flyers and business cards were created, as well as responding to my questions in a timely matter. Thank you for a lifetime memorable experience.

Olivia, Liz, Ed and everyone else helped me navigate this new world of publishing. So patient with all of my questions/concerns,etc. I think my book/illustrations turned out amazing , especially for being my first book . I had no idea what I was doing and they helped me every step of the way. Would highly recommend Olivia and her team .

As I reflect upon my experience on this project, it has been absolutely AMAZING! Initially, I was trying to reach Xulon Publishing in Maitland, Florida, but instead I reached Mr. Edward Rose at Amazon assisted pulling. I’m so glad I did. Mr Edward Rose eventually Mr Rose handed over to Ms Liz Wang. She built rapport and made me feel like a longtime friend. She guided me through the entire process. When I had questions, she answered them. I strongly recommend for Liz Wang to be promoted to management to train others to effectively communicate with aspiring authors. As she continued, it felt as though she was my teacher, giving me assignments to read and re-read the book to check for errors. I would reread the book and submit them to her. I thought she was doing everything until she introduced me to her amazing co-worker Olivia. As I learned more about Olivia’s role I became even more pleased with her role. She utilized excellent judgment in editing the book to protect me from legal action and developing and improving semantics, syntax and pragmatics. Olivia has definitely made a powerful impact on me as an author and I will definitely recommend Amazon assisted publishing to upcoming authors. Olivia recognizes when syntax needs to revised, revised or removed from the manuscript. I recommend Olivia be promoted to the managerial training team. She will definitely catapult this company to the next level by causing other authors to become best sellers. The computer graphics designer was absolutely impeccable. Everyone is asking who designed the cover. I tell them my team member, Olivia. Also, Adam was instrumental in assisting me on a couple of times to gain a better understanding of the project. Mr Edward Rose, Ms. Liz Wang, Ms. Olivia, and Mr Adam Stone has earned my respect and business for life. I’m certain there were others behind the scene who I did not have the privilege to communicate with and I would like to offer my sincere gratitude for their role in helping me Transform the Thinking in the world and improving behavior in the National and international community.
