Del Boy Firm…

Bought a Triumph Scrambler from this company, the worst purchase of my life.Due to the bad admin I was riding an uninsured bike. fined 150. My PX was not given a SORN at DVLA,cost 80.Bike had many faults I had broken down in Bristol, refused to help.
Go to any Triumph Dealer,,Harley etc ,but do not trust this these guys.

SEAT WESTGATE STREET GLOUCESTERSHIRE!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS 3 DAYS AFTER BUYIN THE VEHICLE ASKED FOR A REFUND DUE TO ALL THE PROBLEM FIRST SMOKE IN VEHICLE THEN BRAKE PROBLEMS THEN THE ELECTRICS THEN TYRE PRESSURE NON STOP PROBLEMS WONT ISSUE ME A REFUND SMOKE IS COMING INSIDE THE VEHICLE IVE GOT WITNESSES AND VIDEOS THERE SAYING IM LYING HAVE HAD TO GET THE OMBUDSMAN AND TRADING STANDARDS INVOLVED I HAVE A DISABLED CHILD AND A 3 MONTH OLD BABY I WOULD STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THEM AS POSSIBLE & DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Beware of high charges and terrible…

Beware of high charges and terrible sales team

I have recently had my Seat Alhambra serviced at your premises, and even though i thought the service was expensive for what it was, i was even more astonished when the health check which you carried out on my car totaled just over £900.00 to have all the "supposed" faults corrected by your company.

How can you justify your prices? for instance, you quoted £162.00 to top up the air conditioning, even though it is working fine. My local garage charges £50.00. You quoted £416.00 for the front suspension bush to be replaced, again i had this done at my local garage for £79.00. You quoted £234.00 to replace each tyre, a local tyre company quoted £124.00 per tyre fitted. You quoted £437.00 for front brake discs, when my local garage said there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. You also quoted me £424.00 to replace the front and rear brake pads, i have had them checked at my local garage and they do not need replacing. It seems to me that you are over charging your customers, with extortionate prices which are simply not justified, hoping that some of your customers who are less knowledgeable with the mechanics of the car will pay up. On another note a few days after this service, i was contacted by another member of your team, who, trying to sell me a newer (2018) Seat Alhambra. First of all it was very difficult to understand what he was saying. He told me the car, which was an excellence had all the extras i would need. We eventually agreed to come down for a talk and my wife and i were there for 1.1/2 hours and the Alhambra he was trying to sell me did NOT have all the extras he told me it had on the phone. When i queried him about this, he informed me it was a different car, and if i wanted to pay more money i could have the car with all the extras. I feel i was brought down to your premises on false pretenses and wasted 1.1/2 hours of my time.

This is the worst experience from a car dealership i have ever had.Head office has contacted me and told me that the Seat dealers are a franchise and can charge what they like.

Excellent customer service

I have been to many Audi dealerships and I've got to be honest out of all the local ones around the Gloucestershire and west midlands area this is probably one of the better attitudes of staff as Birmingham Audi is just a waste of space and I wouldn't recommend them only for a medal for being the worst Audi dealership along with the others they own, but Cheltenham went above and beyond customer service. So well done excellent standard throughout.

Disgusting customer service - very rude. Blade seat - feeder road Bristol

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service at blade seat - Bristol. Little miss service manager tottering around in her heels talking to staff and customers with no respect whatsoever. I felt the girl in reception looked terrified of her! I had a question about what came with the big service and she pushed me away saying I couldn’t tell you they have to look at to everything I asked about. (well i would’ve like to have known what i was paying for to be honest!!) and I had to get somebody to look at it which would have cost me more! Considering I was about to pay Around £1000 (if not more!!) I mentioned my stereo freezes for 20 mins, I wanted some answers from somebody as she seemed quite clueless about everything I asked about.. she even booked my service in for the wrong month! the least they could do was just take a look at my radio or videos they wouldn’t even need to touch it to see the issue! But nope, I was rudely interrupted and told I’d have to have it looked at properly (even though I had videos to show how unresponsive my touch screen is. I wanted the main big service and other things that needed doing (handbrake, rear light, stereo, DSG and window all looked at so as you can imagine. I would’ve spent a lot of money). She’d constantly interrupt me, I couldn’t even tell her all the problems I had with the car that I wanted looking at. What a rubbish branch that is. I’ll be trying another branch whether it’s 100 miles away, anything to avoid her and that rubbish place. Why would I want to spend so much money after being spoken to rudely, interrupted and I had that sense I wasn’t wanted there. Can’t wait to talk to SEAT UK on Monday morning and complain and hopefully they might consider giving her some training.. at the least! I’m 23 years old and felt like she wasn’t interested because of my age, maybe? Rude rude rudeeee woman!!! I’ll be taking my Leon cupra elsewhere. You go and spend all that money at a dealership and then once you leave those doors you’re absolutely nothing to them. Got your money now you’re not wanted. What a way to lose customers and money.... very poor SEAT, get it together because otherwise youll go down the toilet soon for good! Extremely frustrated and disappointed. (Owned 4 seats and always taken it to seat when I’ve had issues.. no more after today’s experience!)

Blade SEAT Gloucester

Blade Seat Gloucester

This review is aimed at Blade Gloucester.

Problems started when I purchased the car on a new options deal. The dealership didn't confirm the sale with SEAT finance so I ended up having the final payment of nearly £4.5k taken out of my bank. With the dealership slow to respond asking me to send in photos of my bank account etc, I had to sort this problem out with SEAT finance.

Secondly, I had to wait 6 weeks (during which I was promised it had been posted 3 times) and had to get SEAT customer service to chase up with numerous phone calls until it arrived. I was told it would be a top of the range model. What I received was a TomTom Start.

All in all a pretty hopeless service. In fact I have been so disappointed with Blade Gloucester that I have taken out their dealership sticker and replaced their number plates. Will mot deal with again.

AVOID Audi CHELTENHAM!!

This review is aimed solely at Audi in Cheltenham!!
without going into details about the countless problems with the less than useless team at cheltenham Audi ( i would literally be hear all day).
Just please if you are looking at buying an Audi go to a different dealer !!!!( and i would advise against a franchise)!!i wont write what i think about the staff i dealt with at cheltenham Audi as many people would take offence to my language, but im sure by that you get the jist.

Handover of new car

On 27th. October, 2016 I collected my new Skoda Superb from Blades of Feeder Road, Bristol. On arrival I was warmly welcomed and given a very appreciated cup of coffee. The hand over itself was conducted very efficiently by Adrian Langton. I was not rushed and nothing was too much trouble. A very pleasurable experience.
