The company refused to deliver within the UK because it was paid for from Ireland. It is also worth noting the boorish manner of communication of the staff.

E-mailed the company about a problem with one of my reels. Had a reply back almost straight away with a detailed and thorough explanation of how to sort the issue. Excellent customer service!

Such a GREAT customer experience is rare enough to be highlighted. This guy lives up to his motto of really helping customers on top of doing the trade : "we are happy to provide honest advice and guidance on any of the products we sell, even if it means you buy elsewhere" Awesome commercial philosophy! And great advice indeed!
He went as far as spotting a technical inconsistency in the reel pieces I had ordered and proactively proposed a replacement.
Good products, decent prices and delivery without any problem.
And it's rare to find a European adrs to source old reels spare parts.
