Amazing Company
The products are great and I consider them high quality (I have so many of their sunglasses😂). Their customer service team is very proactive and solution-focused. They have great communication when checking for status updates on your order. They even offered to add a free pair of sunglasses onto my order just because it was slightly delayed in transit! Great Customer Service
I had to request an exchange for a different pair of sunglasses. This was a gift for my son. He had to return home out of state. The team at Blank was very helpful and let us exchange for a different pair and even sent them to his home, which is a different address than when I originally purchased them. Just some great customer service that you do not see much anymore.
