Blanky Reviews 

This was my second order with Blanky but unfortunately will be my last. The sheets are very comfortable both in summer and winter but the customer service is the absolute worst. I ordered a set in June but asked for a smaller top sheet as they run huge. Was told they were out of the color I ordered and I would have to wait. I said I would and reminded Monica of the top sheet size. In mid september they finally delivered my order and just as I had suspected the top sheet was not the size I had asked for. Monica asked me to send the top sheet back and when they came to pick it up my son sent the whole package back. I contacted Monica again and we went back and forth. Long story short I received my order mid October….never again!

Delayed delivery is not the exception, as most reviews here report this exact issue.
They are simply lying to customers and run an incredibly incompetent operation.
I contacted support asking an update, they confirmed my order was going to be shipped that very day, which didn't happen.
I asked to cancel the order due to this delay (10 business days after the order was placed it was not shipped), support confirmed the order was canceled and gave a bullshit excuse "they were handling a lot of orders at the moment".
The very next day I got a notification that my order was shipped.
Just to find out upon receiving they had sent the wrong size.
It's been a full month today I first placed the order, it was already returned to the store and I'm still waiting for my refund.
I do not recommend this shop, it was a terrible experience.
I ordered at Momo Cotton and received before Blanky completed my return.
