I hired Blaze Estimating for an electrical estimating service. The estimate I received contained major inaccuracies in quantities and pricing for several critical electrical items, which negatively affected my bid submission.
After I provided documentation and raised the issue, the company acknowledged the concerns and approved a refund. However, despite confirming the refund, I have still not received the money, and my follow-up emails have gone unanswered.
While the team was initially responsive, the lack of communication and delay in processing the refund has been disappointing. I hope they resolve the matter promptly and improve their quality control and customer service process moving forward.
