cheap. but you get what you pay for
ran as a warlock. warrior tank "couldnt trade rings", shadow priest and warlock both swapped to alts that did less damage but wore different armor me when they realised I did decent damage. Had to beg and pleed for specific items people got that I could use. granted i didnt buy loot funnels but still generally with these services all loot is traded to buyer whether they could use or not/ not only did i not get any of the gear i couldnt use. all the gear i could use i had to ask for and some of it they "couldnt trade"

The reason why you haven't received the extra gear from the traders is the simple fact that you did not purchase the extra option for "additional traders." This early in the season, the price for M+10 is quite high, and having additional people pass on loot is also quite expensive. We're not making it up as we go - this has been the case since M+ farms were introduced in the game.
As time passes and players gear up, we include free gear and traders. Right now, every single booster is after a specific piece - either for their own toon/alt or for another customer whom they are maybe piloting through the dungeon. Keep in mind that there are already people reserving the loot, so if you haven't reserved yours, the boosters aren't really obliged to give it for the reasons I already described.
Please understand that this has nothing to do with how well you've performed in the dungeon (although it does help overall :)). It's simply how the mechanism works - not just at Blazing, but across the entire industry. We cannot force boosters to share loot unless it is:
a) the service itself
b) they do it of their own accord (they want to be kind and share if they don't need the piece)
We're always open to critique and suggestions to improve your experience, so if you'd like to reach out to us once again, I am certain we can organize something that will fulfill your needs and then some. As a new customer, you've barely scratched the surface of what Blazing has to offer.
