They have freezed my funds (2585€) , i dont get a response vía email or app chat
If you Write in their social media they Just ignore you or BLOCK you , i dont know What else i can do

I installed the app get a card so good so far. But when I want to couple the card to google wallet the sms needed to verificate this never comes in. Ok no problem I thought I contact support, but there is no support in te app, not even a mailadres, or an agent you can speak. So I'm stucked.

Best app and support I’ve tried in a long time

Worst service in the world, after waiting for 3 weeks to get verified, the support seems that only 1 person is working on it, constantly telling me that the account is already verified and I could not do any operation as the verification windows pops up. Its embarrasing, probably they are selling our data.

Best CreditCard Solution ever. Cc iban and cryptowallet. Cashback ... no transaction on my uk trip were declined. I am impressed.

Works as described, including cashback withdrawals - really satisfied.
Only drawback is inability to get a physical card, but virtual works flawlessly so no need actually.

Like some other users, I tried to restore access to my Bleap account and submitted two support requests. Unfortunately, I received no response.

Not ideal, of course, but not a major issue either, since there are plenty of better services than Bleap. In that sense, the lack of support made the decision to move on much easier.

A despicable company with no real support team, where you can never reach anyone, you can't close your account, and they constantly send SPAM emails without offering an "unsubscribe" option.

I really don't understand the low rating here.
I love Bleap. Use it to swap and send to my hot wallets. Use it for hotel bookings and other holiday stuff. It's great and works cheap and fast.

I'm speechless. I want to restore access to my account, but support hasn't responded or reacted in any way for over three days. Apparently, this is yet another hyped-up scam project with a smart crypto wallet.

Whats wrong with complaince. Terrible verification process. Asking so much questions.
