left us for 11 months in a house with black mould, rising damp, infestations of bugs & wasps, dining room floor falling in, plaster falling off the walls, bedroom ceiling fell in twice once on my toddler, bathroom ceiling falling in, cracks appearing all over house which lifts the ceiling & walls, they admitted they knew about the floor for 2 years but didn’t repair it.

we got told the house isn't unsafe so therefore its ok, but no one should have to live in this just because a ceiling collapsing 'isn't the whole ceiling falling down' apparently!

never took responsibility for anything, left us living in this state for 11 months until we had no choice but to move out because the mould was making my husband and child ill & the stress was making me mentally & physically ill.

The house was dirty and had dog mess everywhere when we moved in, no carbon monoxides in
promised new windows from before even signing the contract, never happened.

they don't listen, they don't communicate, avoid emails & calls, they lie through their teeth and bully you into not giving you any money back by blackmailing to take you to solicitors if you don’t remove your reviews

refused to give us our deposit back, blackmailed us to remove reviews or they would sue me for lying even though they’ve seen the house & my photos are proof otherwise they wouldn’t give us our DPS deposit back!

House was in a mess when we were meant to move in. Pye blamed the cleaner. And the toilet had someone’s urine in it. Not a good start

the last tenants had reported some of the same issues with no help

We got blamed for black mould even though we didn’t use the top floor
We was asked to not use half of the house until it was repaired but they never repaired it

they then told us we had to be out when our tenacy was up for the work repair to be carried out, to then offering people to move in a week after we move out - so again they aren't repairing anything just bodging and painting over to get new people in - higher west field farm AVOID!

the house on boltons farm is exactly the same

awful company!!!

Blenheim are a fantastic landlord and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Tenants are treated as customers and our property is always maintained to a high standard.
