This company had months of delays for one reason or another. They then refused to issue a refund of my order because it was considered a "pre-order" and will allegedly ship the watch at some indeterminate point in the future. The customer service at this company is terrible. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BLESSINGTON. This company is a scam.

Headline: Beautiful watch, but zero transparency and chaotic fulfillment logisticsProduct Quality: The Golden Horizon 32mm watch itself is a genuinely solid, beautiful piece of hardware. The Japanese TMI/Seiko sweep-second movement is incredibly smooth, the sapphire glass is flawlessly clear, and the 316L steel has a premium, heavy weight to it. No corners were cut on the physical build materials.The Experience: While the product is great, getting it to my door was an absolute nightmare. My August 11 order was plagued by a month of rolling delays, simulated third-party tracking portals, and automated script status alerts that did not match the official Australia Post network.Customer Service: When I requested simple clarity on the shipment location, the communication went entirely silent and my profile was restricted from their platform. It was only after a formal high-level financial dispute was manually escalated straight to Afterpay's Specialist Team that the company finally prepared and mailed a real package out of their local WA fulfillment hub.Verdict: Buy for the build quality, but be fully prepared to tightly monitor your delivery. Keep all screenshots, and don't be afraid to utilize your consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law if you encounter rolling tracking numbers.
