I ordered a dress from Blessrose in March. Payment was taken from my bank two days later.When I did not receive it in a timely manner, I contacted company. I was told to go to website and fill out forms. They wanted a order number sent to my email address. NO email was ever received. I do not have an order number or confirmation. But money was paid, I want my dress or a full refund. I regret not researching this company before ordering. NEVER Again!

I ordered before I read the reviews on here, so obviously I was panicking that I had been ripped off, and that I would never see my clothes or money again.
The clothes turned up, all of the one that I had ordered, sizing seems ok, the clothes are not made of the best material but they are only for work so I wasn't particularly bothered.
I probably won't order again, but it wasn't the ordeal that some people are saying.

Ordered a dress from this company and paid with my debit card.I did not receive an email confirmation of my purchase or an order number yet the cost along with postage was debited from my bank account. I have tried all sources to contact the company to no avail ,lots of the query forms either don’t allow you submit details or do not allow you to send the form So checked out reviews and appears to be a scam.I will now contact my bank re the payment but maybe I should have read the reviews before ordering.

I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from this company .I made a mistake and paid for the item twice . I did receive the blouse quickly about a week .But there is no way I can find how to try and get back the overpayment Like other reviews the blouse is nothing like the ad ,really poor cheap quality ,a lesson learned do not buy from this company ever .

Ordered 8 items from what i thought was airydres.com the goods took ages to come the fabric was rubbish.nothing like the pic.eay to small and i got charged for returning myself and they took £3 per item for shippkng back to them so paid twice and have not had a refund. Now blessrose.com have taken £41 OUT Of my bank and will not reply to me as i have no order number.how can there be an order number when i have not orfered from blessrose.com. total scam.warning DO NOT BUY 1 ITEM FROM THIS COMPANY IR AIRYCLOTH.COM

Brought two dresses. One looks like a night grown and the other was too small. I tried to used the return policy online but they asked for a order number and it was never sent ( no paper with any information for the items, just a plastic bag that was sent in ) with the dresses. Now I'm stuck with these dresses because there's no order number. I tried calling but it was Hong Kong number so now what?

I purchassed 3 dresses and one of them was nothin like the photo it was more like a night dress very dissapointed

I ordered 2 dresses on the 7th of March. Still waiting. I can't even check when they arrive. All it tells me they have been with Yodel for a couple of days.

The reviews are correct in that the item I brought did not look like the photo, however I had no issues with getting a refund. There is no delivery note, but the instructions are clear on the website on how to get a refund.

I emailed and had a quick response. They refunded me and told me to keep the item. The refund was in my account swiftly.

With that being said, I would probably choose not to buy from here again, as I do not want to take the risk of the item not being as I expected. If the photos are a true reflection of the item then it would be better.

Hello l bought a jacket and it’s small l can’t not fit in

Really bad website coat looks nothing like the picture very very disappointed I nagged at my mum to order a coat for me and now I feel terrible . Can’t get a refund not even a send back slip

I ordered two jackets from blessrose waited nearly two week for them to arrive for started which at £15 delivery it be abit better delivery
Then the jackets come, want a disappointment the jackets look nothing like picture that advertising.
Both was cheaply made.
So i emailed the company stating I was really unhappy with both my jackets,
So i would like to know how I send them back as you only get 14 day to send them back four emails later 9 days in to the return rules..
I want my money back that they stole from me.
I saying stole as there conder me out of my money for prouduct that are so far from want been advertised.
I do not want these jackets as I will never wear them as they look really cheap give in then one star rating is to good for this company

I ordered a coat nothing like in the picture when it arrived kinda disappointed I'll wear it as it's ok and no paper work for refund so guess I have too wish it looked like the coat in the picture though.

Do not order the coats they send it not like what is in the photo !! very disappointment such a waste of money, could have gone to primark and got a far nicer coat for less money!! AVOID

My order came today. It’s nothing like the coat in the photos.
There’s no paper work to send it back and get a refund.
The fur on the coat that is ment to come all the way down is on the inside and not the outside like it looks in the photos.
£30 this coat cost me, a waste of money.

I will never be buying from blessrose ever again.

I just went to buy items off this site as a new customer through a advert I seen on Facebook. They said as a new customer if you sign up they will give you a 25% discount. I signed up then they only gave me 5% that sent alarm bells ringing so went onto Google to access their page and stumbled across these reviews. This has confirmed my opinion something is not right about this company be careful people always double check

DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY. placed an order for my partner for a jacket and placed it on 4th December 2020. Still no jacket. Got sent and email saying that yodel could not find my property which is a load of rubbish. 5 or 6 weeks later I still don't have what I ordered, got offered a 20% discount on my next order and refused and changed it to a full credit for the amount that I spent but can not get a cash refund back into my account their telling me I have to buy something else. Avoid at all cost. Currently in the middle of dealing with trading standards and reporting it.

Extremely poor quality of coat, nothing like description, button missing from it. To return postage for return is down to customer, even with faulty products. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are beyond terrible its shocking

There products look amazing but are actually awful when the eventually arrive, in the process of trying to get a refund but from what I'm reading it seems unlikely
