Not pleased
I requested a refund as I made an error signing up - I thought I was earning the way it was worded. It was very difficult to get thru to anyone. I finally left a voice mail and got a text weeks later requesting my email address. I provided that right away and again it was weeks before I got a response which said my refund was processed and I'd see it in 3-4 business days. It has been a week (5 business days) and no refund. I had also asked a couple questions in my last response to them that erre completely ignored. I'm not sure if this is how Blidz works as a whole, but ylthey are doing a terrible job with this - it took forever for someone to get back to me initially and their responses are not timely and there is poor communication and follow thru.
