I signed up and realized the same day that this is not the service I wanted. I requested to cancel and refund on the same day. It was 11/07/24.
I contacted them several times by email. So far, I didn't get the refund and also no reply to my emails. Customer care says contract is cancelled but I get no written confirmation.
