Lack of communication - barrier to purchase
I tried to contact Blimo for help in choosing the right model Electric Scooter for my handicapped father. There is no telephone contact. The email I sent received a response 3 days later and also confirmed they do not talk directly with customers.
Referring only to the scooter descriptions, I ordered a SEK 21000 scooter. 3 days later I received confirmation that it has been “sent” and a link to Dascher logistics, the logistics company. The tracking function at Dascher had “no status information” so 4 days later I still don’t know where the scooter is or when it will arrive. Sent a new message to Blimo (as Dascher supplies absolutely 0 contact info by phone, email or message.) Two days later I am still waiting for a response. In the meantime, today I got this service rating email.
So note, your service is a 0 on a scale of 1-10. If I ever receive my scooter I can possibly reconsider my ranking.
