Tech issues- no customer support available

Hi Blimo, i have submitted a service request through the request form on your website- if you do not receive the request- check your back office flows.

Update 1. After one week of waiting on the customer support team they finally sent me an email: have you followed the manual and charged your newly purchased electric equipment.
Have a nice weekend
No flipping comments at all - I will wait one week more for the next question - maybe I didn’t check tire pressure……

Unfortunately, it appears that a public review is the only effective way to reach your customer service. Your phone lines closed for well over a year, why keep a phone number on your website?, after frustrating “service” by a chatbot, I have sent you a contact form request -and then received an automated reply stating that a response may take up to four working days. For newly purchased essential mobility equipment, this is not an acceptable waiting time.

My issue is as follows:
I am experiencing a technical problem with my order 65147071, Trigger three-wheeled scooter, article number 93015300 / 30150401.
There is no power when activating the ignition. No lights are working, and the horn does not function. This strongly suggests an electrical issue. There is also no spark when operating the safety switch.
I would appreciate prompt technical assistance to get the scooter operational.

Don't repair, replace

I tried to repair a wheel with puncture after puncture ending up replacing the wheel, now it's good again

I purchased a Blimo X-40 (Red)

Hi,

I purchased a Blimo X-40 (Red) on July 15, 2025, and received the delivery yesterday, on July 17, 2025.
I assembled it according to the instructions and charged the battery for 8 hours. The scooter powers on, the lights work, and the battery indicator shows a full charge, but it doesn’t move when I switch it to drive mode (D – Drive).

Today I spoke with Emil, who asked me to send videos and photos, which I’m attaching here.

This mobility scooter was a gift for my mother, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge disappointment. She even said she no longer wants it because it doesn’t work.

I therefore ask that you resolve the issue as soon as possible—either through remote support, by sending a technician, or by replacing the scooter with a functioning one as soon as possible.

Good Deal!

Overall satisfied with the purchase and the on-line information on the Blimo website as well as the method of payment (Klarna).

DHL-driver had not been really well-prepared for the home delivery to my apartment. The area Idas Gård needs a boom key to obtain prior entering. However with minor effort this had been solved.
