Before I contacted the blind guys, I have contacted more than one company. Most did not respond. Andy received my personal call from the first time and gave me an estimate and a date to come out to my house. Andy was efficient and professional. He is kind and responsive to my needs. He fixed all four of my blinds and they are functioning well as new. Andy, not only fixed my blinds but when he was coming in he noticed that my door has a railing plastic hanging in the air. He did not come in till he fixed it, even though it was not part of the job we agreed on. You will be satisfied with Andy in any window treatment you may need. Thank Andy!

Sadly the experience I had with the…

Sadly the experience I had with the blind guy company wasn’t what I expected from the reviews. The chap that came and measured my windows gave the impression that I was doing him the favour. I suggested the colour I wanted for my faux wood blinds. I didn’t like the ones I was shown and he had to go back down to the car to get more samples. Just before that he had his back to me and muttered something whilst writing down measurements. I had no idea what he said. He came back up, I picked the ones I wanted. He told me the price and asked if I wanted to go ahead with it. I said I would need to think as I want to see other company’s. He says why did you get me to go back down to my car to get more colours when you didn’t want them. I replied that I didn’t know the price before he went down plus how do I know that all colours may or may not be the same price. He then tried to argue with me saying that he did and I should have looked at the colours on the website even though that’s not an option. I then had to asked him to leave my house because of his behaviour and then had to ask him again before he left. I will say that the lady I spoke to on the phone to complain was really lovely. It’s sad as I really liked the blinds and would have probably given them my business.
