Had to wait months for the item to be delivered and was told that the white screen wasn’t fully blackout after I completed my order so I asked them to change the screen to black to make it fully blackout. When the blind arrived - it was in white, despite the change request and after install, the blind is not fully blackout at all. Whilst it does reduce the light significantly, there is a 4cm strip at one side which allows light through permanently. For the £450+ price tag, I would have been better off installing a shutter to the outside of the window instead. Compared to other blackout blind companies in the market, I feel that this one is slightly deceptive and way overpriced.

I have waited 17 weeks for these blinds to be delivered the customer service is shocking.. I requested the white blackout blinds and was told after 10 weeks that they were not 100% blackout and they advised me to change to a different colour so I chose the grey ones. When they finally arrived and installed there's a gap of approx 4 inches as the blackout blind dosnt close all the way... this is restricted by the clear net which I had as a option. I have tried to make contact with them via tik tok and they have blocked me. Avoid this company like the plague. The company has a phone number but when you call it this goes to answer phone every time. Don't be like me and waste £680 on blinds
