These brown aluminium venetian blinds in certain light shimmer, the colour is metallic rather than flat, which is lovely. The mechanism is smooth and the headrails are the same colour as the blind. I love the look of the blinds against my timber windows, the 25mm slats are elegant and when raised, blend in really well with the window frame. I already have an identical set in a bay windowed bedroom and have now redecorated the bay windowed sitting room and hung the same blinds there as I have been so happy with my original purchase four years ago. The measuring and fitting guides are very helpful and you have the choice to pay a little extra, for Surefit Protection, just incase the measurements you took are incorrect, the blind will be replaced free of charge, I did this, but fortunately I had measured correctly. All in all, a very stylish product at a very reasonable price.
