Great quality and amazing service
The blinds I've bought previously were made to measure roller builds. Great quality and fit perfectly.
Just recently I've purchased some vertical blinds but measured them slightly wrong. The companies surefit protection I took out for a few pounds was a life saver. Spoke to them on live chat and they sorted it all out for me. I can't thank them enough as this would have been a very costly mistake.

This review is a bit late as I made a purchase from them several years ago. However I had a problem with the design of a blind which clearly they hadn't thought about and as I'd never seen that particular design, neither had I. After fitting it was clear the length of the blind and the weight of it weren't compatible. The weight of such a long blind meant the strings and the mounting clamps couldn't hold it and it fell down. Later the string snapped. After a lot of to and fro they sent me two shorter blinds. It's these blinds I've just got round to fitting in place of the original long one that we couldn't open and close.
So, good service in the end and the blinds look great and work well at the length (half as long as the original). Found the website in the box.
Not 5 stars as they should have known better and it was a bit of a battle to get the new ones but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The whole process was easy
The whole process was easy. The video on measuring has ensured that the curtains are a perfect fit. I appreciated knowing the exact cost of the curtains. I was kept informed throughout the process of delivery and the curtains arrived as promised. The curtains are beautifully made. I don’t know if the curtains were pressed before sending out as they arrived a little creased.

Had a small issue with my blind i rang customer service and a lady called Fran answered my call i told her my problem she was polite friendly and very very efficient and dealt with my issue very quick i have been dealing with BLINDS DIRECT for a few years now i have 7 sets of blinds in my home and this is the first issue i have had but customer services really did a satisfactory resolution for me really pleased

My house is now complete using vertical blinds
The blackout really does work and doesn't let light into our bedroom including the street light which is about 30 foot from our bedroom window. Quality of fabric, service and delivery is superb.

Place the order for 2 blinds paid extra for quick turn around.
Yes that part went ok .
When I unpacked the blinds one of the pull cords was broken so could not pull the blind up or down phone to get a replacement same day as delivery of blinds to be told need to go on line send pictures of broken pull cord which I find unacceptable told you the problem your QC should of seen this so they said they send a new word but it be a metal one this time so I had to change both pull cord so they are the same.
This took a week for them to send a replacement cords
